Are we making kids less strong by trying to protect them too much?
Many people today wonder if kids are becoming less tough or less able to handle challenges.
Some believe this happens because adults often try to protect children from failure, stress, or anything difficult.
While this is done with good intentions, it can stop kids from learning how to deal with problems on their own.
At the same time, we should remember that today’s kids are also dealing with new kinds of stress—like social media, school pressure, and big world issues.
These are things older generations didn’t have to face in the same way.
So, it's not that kids are weak, but that they’re growing up in a very different world.
The goal should be to support them without doing everything for them—letting them struggle a bit, so they learn to grow strong and confident.
